Basicly go to game stop, get the pichu, trade it to your heart gold or soul silver and you can find the spiky-eared pichu.

RARE AS CAN BE! I hope my parents will let me go get it tommorow ;-;

I couldn't care for event Pokemon. I only battle and I use Pokesav anyway.
