Subject: Nuzlocke Challenge Sat Sep 04, 2010 4:23 am
I'm not sure if everyone here has heard of this, but I learnt about it after floating around on /vp/. This is a challenge that is made to make playing through the Pokemon games a challenge.
Main rules 1. Whenever a Pokemon is knocked out it is considered dead and must be released. 2. You may ONLY catch the first Pokemon in each new route. 3. No healing items outside of battle
Optional rules 3. No switching between opponents pokemon 4. Poison down to 1hp = Faint 5. No buying pokeballs 6. Make your own rule if you want

I'll start this on Firered soon. :u my touhoumon emerald challenge didn't go so well, I got curbstomped by my rival again...

I actually really wanna give this a try on Touhoumon...It'll be so hard though. That's going to make it more fun...well, if even possible.

After much grinding following the Saffron City tragedy, I got all badges and am now... grinding some more for the Elite Four. ALSO I'm considering allowing healing items out of battle during the E4, but only after one/two battles, to keep it challenging... :u

I felt like bringing this thread to life again since I've recently completed a Touhoumon Emerald run, and felt like doing something entirely different this time; a hack known as Leaf Cyclone, with harder gyms and such.
Oh, and did I mention that it's a solo? I've beaten three gyms so far, and I'll keep on grinding like an angry woman to reach victory once more. C: FUCK I DIED AT THE CHAMPION AND THEN HO-OH WAS ALL "OH YOU SO MAD"
