Might as well post my team. Please note that this is intended for Wi-Fi and so I don't have the patience to breed for Hidden Power or SR for good legendaries. I'm aware that it's probably not very good, so feel free to rate it as harshly as you want.
Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
---
While it's common, Aerodactyl does what it's supposed to do. With its Speed, almost nothing can keep it from Stealth Rocking (except Taunt Electrodes, but when do you see that?) and its Attack power is usually enough to kill the opponent's lead. Taunt isn't always used because the main priority is Stealth Rocking, but keeping other leads from getting Stealth Rock up is important as well.
---
Dragonite @ Yache Berry
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
---
Simple concept: DDMence with better defenses. Earthquake and Outrage have good coverage and power, and Fire Punch is a nasty surprise for any Scizor. Yache Berry helps it set Dragon Dance up in the first place.
---
Porygon-Z @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Download
EVs: 6 Def/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Tri Attack
- Thunderbolt
- Trick
---
TrickScarfer with a reliable BoltBeam combo. Porygon-Z is my main answer to dragons and Gyarados. The Choice Scarf can be used to cripple walls or simply let it get the first attack. Obviously, Tri Attack is a reliable STAB attack.
---
Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 12 HP/252 Atk/244 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch
- Seed Bomb
- Substitute
- Spore
---
Standard Breloom. Simple strategy: Try to come in (late-game, after counters are hopefully gone) on a Pokemon that doesn't like Breloom much and Spore the switch-in, then Focus Punch or Seed Bomb appropriately. Substitute is extra security to ensure that I can get a Focus Punch in if the other Pokemon wakes up.
---
Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP/152 SAtk/104 Spd
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Air Slash
- Aura Sphere
- Nasty Plot
- Flamethrower
---
Nasty Plot Togekiss has always been a reliable sweeper. The HP EVs help it take hits and the Sp. Atk EVs are enough for a powerful offense. Air Slash and Aura Sphere are powerful and will OHKO/2HKO most Pokemon after a boost. While many people use Roost as the last slot, I don't think that Togekiss needs the recovery and Flamethrower will OHKO most common Steels in OU after a boost. Also, it's another surprise for Scizor that would otherwise have little trouble with this set.
---
Lucario @ Choice Specs
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Aura Sphere
- Dragon Pulse
- Shadow Ball
- Vacuum Wave
---
Specs Lucario might seem like an odd choice, but in fact Lucario has better Sp. Atk than Attack. Aura Sphere is reliable STAB and has flawless neutral coverage when paired with Shadow Ball. Since this is a Wi-Fi team and I don't have the patience to breed for Hidden Power, HP Ice is unfortunately not a choice, but Dragon Pulse is still a good answer to dragons. Finally, Vacuum Wave has the same purpose as ExtremeSpeed, but is special and gets STAB.
