Mental shift

I'm a user of doujinstyle and they have a forum called mental shift where you can't post serious topics. its completely for silly topics and it keeps down the spam in the other forums. plus its fun.

You mean a spam forum?

yeah, where people can be idiots.

someone would eventually slip and post in the wrong place.
then people would whine because things were out of order, the person who made the mistake would either not try to delete their posts or would whine that the forum should have been fixed to prevent this, ect.

Not that anyone gives a flying fuck about what I say, but I just don't think it's a good idea.
A spam section... If that is added, then this will probably just be a duplicate EPL in the sense that almost nobody will want to talk about Pokemon anymore when options of not doing so are available.

Yeah, my problem with it is that people would just post in the spam section, limiting the activeness of the real forum discussions.
